T-N-D Construction, LLC is a full operating construction company rehabbing and building residential and commercial properties. We start with the demolition phase and continue right through until the final occupancy permit. 

Currently, we market Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We have strong intentions to venture into the Indiana area. We have developed an ongoing relationship with Chicago Public Schools, Ma' Dear Home Care Services, The Chicago Urban League, and many residential clients. Our President, Antonio, has over 14 years of experience as a City Of Chicago employee. Antonio has held positions as Motor Truck Driver and Administrator at the Emergency Management Office. He has worked in various departments such as Aviation, Street Operations, and Loop Operations.

Our project managers are master carpenters capable of reading and analyzing all blueprints and drawings.  

We, as a team, have over 20 years in management, construction, and finance. We feel very confident with the methods we use in preparing and analyzing each and every potential client's construction needs.
